Reviewer verdict

Across 29 YouTube reviews, the Wooting 60HE+ earns an Index score of 3.9/5, ranking #36 among Gaming Keyboards. Reviewers most often praise its features, performance, software/customization, while the most common criticisms concern key switches, performance.

The 60HE+ is widely praised for its gaming performance, with many reviewers (70 mentions) highlighting extremely fast, responsive inputs, low-latency actuation options like Tachyon/Rapid Trigger, and noticeably improved movement consistency in competitive FPS play. Reviewers also frequently (64 mentions) applaud the feature set enabled by its Hall effect/magnetic switches and software — per-key adjustable actuation, analog input, rapid trigger, hot-swappability, and robust customization via a browser/utility. Multiple reviewers (27 mentions) compliment the new switches as smooth and fast, and a number also note solid out-of-the-box build, factory-lubed stabilizers, and good overall construction (24 mentions). The software and customization experience is likewise commonly described as intuitive and convenient, with on-board profiles and cross-platform/browser support (22 mentions).

Criticisms center on the switches and sound/feel, with many reviewers (32 mentions) reporting stem wobble, a mushy or chattery sensation for some users, and disappointing or high‑pitched acoustics that can require tuning. Performance caveats are also common (22 mentions): the keyboard won’t magically make you a better player, very low actuation settings increase accidental presses, and there is an adaptation period for those coming from mechanical switches. Other recurring negatives include build and stabilizer rattles or plastic case concerns (18 mentions), price/availability/value complaints (16 mentions), and a handful of feature or firmware limitations such as lost RGB in Tachyon mode, restricted advanced key counts, and some software/compatibility quirks (18 mentions).

neat features for the more Casual Gamer as well because the switches use a magnet to read the keystrokes instead of an actual actuation point it knows how far you're pressing the key at all times and this allows you to treat your key press as if it were a controller which is pretty nice for driving games because you can change the acceleration of your car based on how much you have the key pressed down ▶ Wooting 60HE Review 2 Months Later... another feature of this keyboard is what Wu-Tang calls mod tap which is similar to what I already talked about earlier when I mentioned you can bind multiple actions of the same keystroke except this time the actions aren't based on the distance you press the key it's instead based on how long you press the key ▶ Wooting 60HE Review 2 Months Later...
