Reviewer verdict
Across 17 YouTube reviews, the Lefant F1 earns an Index score of 4.2/5, ranking #36 among Robot Vacuums. Reviewers most often praise its navigation, overall, maintenance, while the most common criticisms concern navigation, value for money.
The F1 robot vacuum is widely praised for its compact, low-profile design and reliable navigation, with many reviewers (59 mentions for navigation and 48 for overall) noting it fits under furniture, rarely gets stuck, returns to its dock, and handles tight spots well. Reviewers frequently highlight easy maintenance and a large top-loading dustbin (about 28 mentions), plus user-friendly setup and app/remote controls (26 mentions) that make it simple to operate. Several reviewers also emphasize strong suction and edge cleaning (17 mentions), long battery life (around 14 mentions), and useful smart features like scheduling, voice control and mapping/recording in the app (about 17 mentions). Overall, the consensus is that the F1 is a small, well-designed, easy-to-use vacuum that cleans hard floors effectively and requires minimal hands-on maintenance.
Criticisms center mainly on the F1’s navigation intelligence: multiple reviewers (20 mentions) say it lacks true mapping or lidar, can drive crookedly, and sometimes struggles to reliably find or remember the charging dock. Many reviewers also warn that the F1’s mopping is limited (8 mentions) and that carpet cleaning is weaker (7 mentions) because it lacks a main roller brush, which also underpins complaints about cleaning performance (6 mentions). A number of reviewers question the value relative to price (8 mentions), saying it misses higher-end features and may feel overpriced for what it offers.
