Reviewer verdict

Across 14 YouTube reviews, the Infinix GT 20 Pro earns an Index score of 4.2/5, ranking #12 among Smartphones. Reviewers most often praise its performance, design and build, display, while the most common criticisms concern other, camera.

The GT 20 Pro is repeatedly praised for its strong gaming and overall performance, with reviewers (71 mentions) citing its 4nm Dimensity chipset, dual-chip setup, dedicated gaming display processor, high sustained frame rates and effective cooling that keep thermals and throttling under control. Reviewers also frequently highlight the phone's gamer-focused hardware and accessories (42 mentions of design/build) such as customizable RGB lighting, shoulder triggers and a lightweight clip-on cooler, noting a premium feel and comfortable grip. Battery life and charging are commonly commended (29 mentions) for a large 5,000mAh cell with 45W wired charging and bypass charging useful during gaming, while the display, software and cameras receive positive notes for a high-refresh AMOLED screen, relatively clean XOS software and a capable 108MP OIS main camera (26, 25, and 21 mentions respectively). Overall reviewers tend to agree the device offers excellent mid-range gaming value and solid everyday performance across most aspects.

Criticisms are much less frequent but consistent: reviewers point to mediocre secondary cameras and the lack of an ultrawide (12 mentions), and some say camera output can be soft or inconsistent in low light. Several reviewers note build compromises and modest water resistance (10 mentions), calling out plastic frame/panel materials and a relatively low IP54 rating rather than higher protection. A handful of reviewers observed occasional performance hiccups or thermal rise during extended sessions in very demanding titles (10 mentions), and others highlighted missing conveniences like wireless charging, no headphone jack and no expandable storage (scattered across Other, Audio, Battery, Storage cons).
