Reviewer verdict
Across 2 YouTube reviews, the BOYI H60Pro earns an Index score of 4/5, ranking #34 among Gaming Keyboards. Reviewers most often praise its performance, build quality, features, while the most common criticisms concern software/customization, features.
The H60Pro is praised across reviewers for its strong gaming performance and responsiveness, with multiple mentions of instant feel, rapid trigger enabling excellent accuracy, and an 8K polling rate. Reviewers also consistently highlight its solid aluminum build and premium feel, and several note it as a good, budget-friendly Hall Effect keyboard. Additional commonly mentioned positives include bright RGB with shine-through keycaps, useful extras like a volume knob, extra keycaps and puller, and suitability as a base for modding. A few reviewers specifically call out pleasant stock magnetic switches and out-of-the-box responsiveness without needing software tweaks.
Criticisms are less frequent but focused on software access and customization problems, including needing to download a driver or being unable to reach the website to use the web-based software. Reviewers also note missing internal dampening (and no dampening layers between plate and PCB), resulting in a standard mechanical sound, and that side-printed legends can be hard to read in bright light. The compact 60% layout and lack of dedicated arrow keys or F-row, and some difficulty getting the keyboard out of the box, were also mentioned as drawbacks.
