Across 21 YouTube reviews, the Horizon Fitness Horizon 7.4 AT earns an Index score of 4.1/5, ranking #57 among Treadmills. Reviewers most often praise its features, tech integration, performance, while the most common criticisms concern tech integration, durability.

The Horizon 7.4 AT is widely praised for packing running-capable performance, features and connectivity into a value-oriented package, a view reflected across many reviewers (noted repeatedly for motor power, incline range, and quick adjustments). Reviewers frequently highlighted its feature set and convenience items (console storage, device holders, fans, heart-rate strap and many preset programs) with about 61 mentions collected. Tech integration is a strong positive theme too, with roughly 43 mentions praising Bluetooth, app compatibility (Zwift, Peloton, FTMS), speakers and the bring-your-own-tablet approach. Reviewers also consistently compliment the treadmill’s comfortable 22

Criticisms cluster mainly around tech and long‑term reliability: about 18 comments flagged Bluetooth, speaker volume, and third‑party app integration limitations (including not showing real‑time stats on the treadmill screen), and reviewers noted occasional disconnections. Durability and maintenance concerns appear often (around 16 mentions), with reviewers warning about drive motor/belt wear, dust/sensor issues and lubrication requirements that could affect long‑term ownership. Several reviewers also pointed out feature tradeoffs used to reduce cost — notably the lack of a built‑in touchscreen/tablet and some weaker onboard items like the fan and speakers — and a handful mentioned footprint/weight and mobility limitations.

Durability (17)

this is what I love most about the 7.4 is you as you can see there's two frame support bars that the deck sits on. on most 22 inch treadmills there's only one bar that just goes down the side so it just gives that deck a little extra support with the reinforced frame which won't cause the deck to warp over time like you'll find another 22 inch treadmills Horizon did a great job adding that extra frame support ▶ Horizon 7.4AT Treadmill @ 1:10
