Reviewer verdict

Across 17 YouTube reviews, the Amazfit PowerBuds Pro earns an Index score of 4.2/5, ranking #15 among True Wireless Earbuds. Reviewers most often praise its controls and features, sound quality, battery life, while the most common criticisms concern controls and features, connectivity and stability.

The PowerBuds Pro earn praise primarily for their rich feature set and smart sensors, with reviewers frequently highlighting in-ear detection, built-in heart rate monitoring, posture reminders, customizable EQ and workout-oriented modes (mentioned across many reviews). Sound quality is also consistently praised, with multiple reviewers calling the earbuds "very good" or "phenomenal," noting strong, punchy bass, clear mids and trebles, and tunable sound. Battery life and charging were commonly lauded as well, with many reviewers reporting long single-charge playback (often around nine hours without ANC) and quick-charge capabilities. Reviewers additionally complimented ANC and transparency modes, solid IP55 build, comfortable lightweight design, and good value for the feature set and price point.

Criticisms center on imperfect feature implementation and control limitations, with numerous reviewers noting touch controls that are either too sensitive or unreliable, lack of integrated volume control, and some fitness/heart-rate functions that require the Amazefit app or behave inconsistently. Connectivity and latency issues were mentioned by several reviewers — no multipoint, only AAC/SBC codecs reported, and noticeable gaming delays on Android. ANC performance drew some reservations too, with multiple reviewers saying noise cancellation isn’t on par with premium rivals and that voices can still leak through. Other recurring negatives include absence of wireless (Qi) charging and fit quirks for some users.
