Reviewer verdict

Across 18 YouTube reviews, the Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni S1 Pro earns an Index score of 4.2/5, ranking #38 among Robot Vacuums. Reviewers most often praise its hard floor cleaning, navigation, cleaning performance, while the most common criticisms concern hard floor cleaning, navigation.

The Robot Vacuum Omni S1 Pro is widely praised for its mopping system, with reviewers repeatedly noting the roller-style mop, onboard clean and dirty water tanks, self-cleaning and ozone sanitization, heated drying, and strong hard-floor cleaning (60 pro mentions). Reviewers also frequently commend its advanced navigation and obstacle avoidance, square shape, slim profile and multi-floor mapping (44 mentions), which help it reach corners and under furniture. Many reviewers highlighted overall cleaning performance and edge/corner coverage aided by the square design (42 mentions), plus ease of use and a feature-rich base station and app that automate water refill, mop washing and bin emptying (33 mentions). Additional positive themes with fewer but consistent mentions include strong suction, smart features, and perceived value for the feature set.

Criticisms focus mainly on limitations of the roller mop for edge and corner mopping and occasional streaking, and some reviewers noted water usage or corner reach issues specific to the roller design (12 con mentions). Navigation and obstacle avoidance drew complaints as well, with reviewers reporting occasional bumps, getting tripped up on mats, traction or pathing issues, and not being perfect at obstacle avoidance (11 mentions). Other recurring negatives included less-competitive suction or carpet deep-clean performance in some tests, ongoing filter/dirt-cup maintenance, and the product’s high price and occasional loud base-station operations (multiple con categories). A few users also raised concerns about long-term maintenance of the spot-cleaner components and limited third-party smart-home integrations.
