Reviewer verdict

Across 40 YouTube reviews, the Yeedi Vac 2 Pro earns an Index score of 4.1/5, ranking #49 among Robot Vacuums. Reviewers most often praise its navigation, hard floor cleaning, ease of use, while the most common criticisms concern navigation, maintenance.

The Vac 2 Pro is widely praised for its navigation and mapping capabilities, with many reviewers (48 mentions) highlighting v-SLAM visual mapping, 3D obstacle avoidance, automatic recharging/resuming, and a slim profile that lets it reach under furniture. Reviewers frequently commend its hard-floor cleaning and mopping performance (40 mentions), especially the oscillating/scrubbing mop action that removes stains in one pass and avoids carpets while mopping. Ease of use and app control are also common positives (33 mentions), noting an intuitive app, customizable schedules, live map view and straightforward setup. Other frequently noted strengths include strong suction/auto-boost on carpets (21 mentions), good maintenance features like washable filters and self-empty compatibility (19 mentions), and long battery runtime (11 mentions).

Criticisms center mainly on navigation and mapping limitations (46 mentions): reviewers report only single-map support, slower or less reliable camera-based mapping in low light, occasional stalling/getting stuck, and less-precise maps compared with lidar systems. Maintenance and accessory complaints are common (26 mentions), including small onboard bins, reliance on consumable dust bags or optional paid empty stations, limited mop pads, and inconsistent auto-empty behavior. The mop and hard-floor system also drew caveats (21 mentions) about small water capacity, sensitivity to debris/hair, and imperfect results on heavy or liquid stains. Additional recurring negatives include app glitches and non-intuitive software (16 mentions), spotty carpet performance in some reports, and noisy self-emptying docks for some users.
