Reviewer verdict

Across 28 YouTube reviews, the Womier WK61 earns an Index score of 3.9/5, ranking #46 among Gaming Keyboards. Reviewers most often praise its features, aesthetics/design, value, while the most common criticisms concern build quality, key switches.

The WK61 is widely praised for its hot-swappable, modular design and broad compatibility, a feature mentioned repeatedly across reviews (three- and five-pin hot swap, removable USB‑C cable, and support for consoles/OSes). Reviewers also consistently liked its strong RGB/pudding keycap aesthetic and compact 60% layout, with many noting the translucent case and bright, customizable lighting modes. Value is another frequent highlight, with numerous reviewers calling it a good budget option around the $30–$50 range. Additional positives that appeared often include decent stock keycaps and stabilizers, useful onboard/software customization, and an overall solid out‑of‑box experience for gaming and typing.

Common criticisms center on hollow, pingy acoustics and thin internal damping or missing case foam, with many reviewers advising mods to improve sound and feel. Stock switches and stabilizers drew frequent complaints for being rattly, scratchy, or insufficiently lubed, and several reviewers suggested replacing them. The wired‑only feature set and some basic or buggy software limitations were noted repeatedly, along with thin/cheap‑feeling ABS keycaps and a few layout/usability tradeoffs inherent to the 60% form factor.
